Job Fair Overview

To support the rapidly growing workforce needs of Taiwanese companies investing, expanding, and establishing R&D operations in the United States, the Taiwanese Chambers of Commerce of North America (TCCNA) established the North America Talent & Industry Connect Committee.

The committee serves as a strategic bridge connecting Taiwanese-owned technology companies in the U.S. with professionals and students across North America. As the U.S. high-tech sector accelerates and competition for talent intensifies, many Taiwanese enterprises face
challenges in recruiting the right engineers, researchers, and management professionals.

Leveraging the nationwide network of more than thirty Taiwanese chambers across North America, the committee actively provides the following key services:

• Organizing Taiwanese Company Job Fairs, enabling companies to meet hundreds of candidates specializing in engineering, AI, software, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and business.
• Building a North America Talent Database to support year-round recruitment for both new graduates and experienced professionals.
• Promoting collaboration among industry, government, and academia with major U.S. universities and Taiwan’s government agencies to strengthen recruitment channels.

Our mission is to support Taiwanese companies in finding the best talent in the United States while enhancing Taiwan’s competitiveness in U.S. manufacturing and global supply chain restructuring.

就業博覽會宗旨說明

為因應近年來台灣企業在美國加速布局、持續擴大投資所帶來的人才需求，北美洲台灣商會聯合總會（TCCNA）特別成立「北美學人與台商資源媒合委員會」。本委員會致力於打造台灣企業與北美台灣人才之間的專業橋樑，協助企業在美國找到最適合的研發、工程、製造、AI、資訊、商務與管理人才。

面對美國高科技產業快速成長與人才競爭加劇，許多台灣企業在美國設廠、擴廠或成立研發中心時，都面臨「人才不足」的挑戰。委員會因此結合北美三十多個地方台灣商會的力量，全年推動各項人才媒合服務，包括：

1. 舉辦台灣企業就業博覽會（Job Fair）

匯集北美主要城市的商會共同主辦，協助企業直接接觸數百至上千名具工程、AI、軟體、製造、供應鏈、財務與商務背景的優秀人才。

2. 建立在美台灣人才資料庫

全年蒐集並整理留美學生、專業人才與業界人士的履歷與需求，提供企業招募管道。

3. 促進產官學合作

與美國主要大學、研究機構與台灣政府相關單位合作，讓更多台灣人才有機會加入在美台資企業。

北美學人與台商資源媒合委員會的使命，是讓更多在美台灣科技專業人才能夠加入正在美國發展的台灣企業，並協助台灣產業在全球供應鏈重組與美國製造政策中抓住機會、提升競爭力。透過北美各地商會的網絡與資源整合，我們將持續推動更多高品質的就業博覽會、人才交流活動與企業媒合服務，為台美經貿關係及台灣企業的全球化布局注入新能量。
